Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-10-07 · Version GIGAFOUND-20261007-1

Who handles your information

One Above One Below LLC operates GigaFound. Contact support@gigafound.com for privacy questions, data access, correction, export or deletion requests.

Information you provide

We store account identity and email, password hashes and authentication settings, business profiles and goals, websites you add, connected account credentials or authorization tokens, content and source material, brand settings, videos and illustrations, approvals, schedules, publishing records and support correspondence. Do not put payment card details, passwords for unrelated accounts or unnecessary sensitive personal information in content or support messages.

Connected information

With your authorization, supported connections may import website content and metadata, Search Console properties and search performance, GA4 property and aggregate report data, social account identifiers and publishing results, and Business Profile location information, reviews and performance where access is granted. Actual access depends on the permission screen, your chosen account and provider availability. We do not claim access to a provider feature before it is connected and approved.

How information is used

We use information to secure and operate your workspace, provide the features you request, research and prepare content, show reporting, carry out approved publishing or automation, manage allowances and subscriptions, send account and workflow notices, investigate errors or abuse and meet legal obligations. Your private inventory is separated from other customers and is not automatically used as GigaFound marketing content.

AI and narration processing

Requested article, image and video features send relevant business context, prompts, source material or narration text to configured providers such as OpenAI and ElevenLabs. These providers process the material to return the requested output. Review what you submit and avoid unnecessary sensitive information. GigaFound does not authorize connected Google data to be used for general-purpose model training. Provider configuration and contractual data-use settings must be verified before commercial production opens.

Google API information

Google API data is handled under the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use it for the visible features you authorize, such as search and analytics reporting and supported publishing. We do not sell it or use it for advertising targeting, credit or lending decisions. Transfers and human access are limited to permitted service, security, legal or consent-based purposes. You can revoke authorization through Google and disconnect the integration in GigaFound; imported records may remain subject to the retention provisions below.

Service providers and sharing

Hosting and storage providers keep application records and media. Email providers deliver account and workflow notices. Stripe handles subscription checkout and payment information; GigaFound stores billing identifiers and subscription status rather than full payment card numbers. Connected publishing platforms receive the content you authorize us to send. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose necessary records for security, legal obligations or a business transfer subject to applicable requirements and any additional consent required for connected data.

Public content

Content you explicitly approve for public publication may be visible to everyone and copied by others. Removing or archiving a publication from GigaFound does not remove copies, caches or posts retained by another platform. Public GigaFound articles and videos have a separate, explicit publication review; customer drafts do not become public through an inventory import.

Cookies and browser storage

The application uses cookies for authenticated sessions and request protection. Your appearance preference may be stored in your browser. The current public website does not include advertising pixels or a third-party visitor analytics tracker. If we add optional tracking, we will describe it and provide the choices required before it is used.

Retention and deletion

Active business, content and connection records are retained to provide your workspace. Billing, approval and security evidence and backups may need separate retention after account closure. A deletion request is reviewed for those obligations and connected-provider requirements. The final retention schedule and backup expiry must be approved and implemented before customer launch; this draft does not promise a deletion deadline that the platform has not established.

Your choices and security

Use account controls to protect sign-in, manage roles, stop publishing rules and disconnect providers. Contact support to request access, correction, export, closure or deletion; we may verify your authority first. We use access restrictions, encrypted provider credentials, authentication controls and reviewed publishing boundaries. No system can promise absolute security.

Audience and changes

GigaFound is intended for adult business users and is not directed to children. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own; the final provider list and applicable transfer arrangements must be confirmed before launch. We will publish the effective date and explain material privacy changes, obtaining new consent where a changed use of connected data requires it.
